BOOKING METHOD
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the entire booking amount will be required, to be paid by bank transfer. 14 days before arrival the balance of the remaining 50% of the reservation will be requested, always by bank transfer.
FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE
If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival, the entire amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
After the balance has been paid, it will no longer be possible to cancel the reservation.
Failure to request cancellation within the established deadlines (14 days in advance) and failure to pay the balance by the indicated deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and the application of a penalty equal to the entire amount of the deposit.
